Payment Protocols

To keep tutoring services running smoothly and efficiently, please review our payment guidelines below.

1. Payment options

Parents may choose between two deposit and payment structures:

Option 1: Full term deposit

  • Pay the full amount for the term upfront.
  • Ensures your child's spot is secured for the term.
  • Missed sessions (with valid notice) will be refunded at term end.

Option 2: Fortnightly deposit

  • Pay in instalments every two weeks.
  • Provides greater flexibility for shorter commitments.
  • Payment is due before the first session of each fortnightly period.

2. Payment methods

  • Payments are made directly to SkyHigh Academy via bank transfer.
  • Please use the reference [Student's name + term] to help us identify payments quickly.

Our bank details are provided to you directly on enrolment. If you have not received them, or you are unsure whether a request for payment is genuine, please call us on 0416 110 354 before transferring any money.

3. Payment deadlines

  • Full term deposits are due before the first session of the term.
  • Fortnightly deposits are due before the first session of each two-week period.
  • Timely payment secures your child's weekly session slot.

4. Late or missed payments

  • Sessions will not be scheduled or held if payment is overdue by more than 7 days, unless prior arrangements are made.
  • Please notify SkyHigh Academy immediately if you anticipate any payment delays.

5. Refunds and cancellations

  • Refunds for missed sessions apply only if 24 hours' notice is given for cancellations.
  • No refunds are provided for unattended sessions without prior notice.
  • If a student cancels permanently, please notify us as soon as possible to discuss options.

6. Tutor payments

  • Tutors are paid weekly or monthly based on hours worked.
  • Tutor payments are managed by SkyHigh Academy directly.
  • Tutors must submit session summaries and attendance reports for payment processing.
