Payment Options
Parents may choose between two deposit/payment structures:
Option 1: Full Term Deposit
Pay the full amount for the term upfront
Ensures your child’s spot is secured for the term
Missed sessions (with valid notice) will be refunded at term end
Option 2: Fortnightly Deposit
Pay in instalments every two weeks
Provides greater flexibility for shorter commitments
Payment due before the first session of each fortnightly period

Payment Deadlines
Full Term Deposits are due before the first session of the term.
Fortnightly Deposits are due before the first session of each two-week period.
Timely payment secures your child’s weekly session slot.
Late or Missed Payments
Sessions will not be scheduled or held if payment is overdue by more than 7 days unless prior arrangements are made.
Please notify SkyHigh Academy immediately if you anticipate any payment delays.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds for missed sessions apply only if 24 hours’ notice is given for cancellations.
No refunds are provided for unattended sessions without prior notice.
If a student cancels permanently, please notify us ASAP to discuss options.
Tutor Payments
Tutors are paid weekly/monthly based on hours worked.
Tutor payments are managed by SkyHigh Academy directly.
Tutors must submit session summaries and attendance reports for payment processing.
